Mr. Bako Ventim, Esq.

Legal Practitioner | Administrator | Youth Empowerment Advocate

Barrister Bako Ventim serves as the Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Foundation. A dedicated legal practitioner and development advocate, he steers the Foundation’s mandate to mobilize resources, champion youth entrepreneurship, and safeguard the enduring values of national integration.

Under his leadership, the Foundation spearheads the flagship single-digit Soft Loan Scheme, provides ongoing advocacy for the establishment of the NYSC Trust Fund, and secures institutional partnerships that provide seed capital, agribusiness incubation, and corporate training for ex-corps members nationwide.

Mr. Paul Ugele Ifeanyi

Head of Administration

Oversees operational management, institutional governance, and secretariat logistics at the NYSC Foundation. Mr. Ugele ensures administrative continuity and coordinates inter-departmental workflows between the Board of Trustees, executive leadership, and regional partners.

Mr. John Zinkat Nimnan

Accountant

Manages financial strategy, fiscal reporting, and statutory disbursements for the Foundation. Mr. Nimnan leads fiscal monitoring for beneficiary entrepreneurship grants, loan fund recovery pipelines, and institutional audit compliance.
